You may return most new, unopened products sold through the toothbrushforlife.com website (“Products”) within 60 days of delivery for a full refund. Products that are opened or damaged may be denied a refund.
The following terms apply:
- The shipping label on the returned package must be postmarked within 60 days from the date the Product is delivered to you.
- Returned Products must be in good physical condition (not physically broken or damaged) and may not be altered.
- All accessories originally included with your purchase must be included with your return. If you return a Product without all accessories included in the original package, we retain the right to either refuse delivery of such return or charge you a restocking fee of $9.95.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned Product.
- If you purchased your Product and you request a refund of the Product purchase price:

- If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, less shipping and handling, within 45 days.

- You are responsible for and must pay all shipping charges and you shall assume all risk of loss or damage to the Product while in transit to us. We encourage you to use an insured and trackable shipping method.
